We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals. We have an inspected and licensed facility that is in good standing with the state.
Our shelter often houses hundreds of homeless animals. We rely solely on the public's kindness and donations to care for our animals. We are not city or state funded. All donations are tax deductible.
We are, and always have been, a "No-Kill" animal shelter. We do not take our animals to any facility for disposal. Animals that are not adopted are allowed to live out their lives in our sanctuaries. We work hard to create and maintain a healthy and happy environment for all the animals in our care. We welcome visitors and volunteers to our Adoption Center every day.

We pride ourselves on working with other shelters and humane societies, not against them. We have good working relationships with many organizations that are appreciative of our assistance in taking many of their adoptable animals that otherwise would be destroyed.
We have all our pets spayed or neutered before being put up for adoption. We support early-age spay/neuter programs for shelters. Spaying/neutering before adoption is the only way to guarantee that none of our shelter animals will contribute to the pet overpopulation problem.
Prospective adopters are carefully screened to ensure that we find the best homes possible for our animals.
