 Grass Fed Beef

 We offer 100% Angus ground chuck in 1 lb. packages. It sells for $3.50 lb. We have a 10 lb. minimum order. The vast majority of US beef cattle eat grain or other high calorie feed for several months at a feedlot before being processed. Naturally Raised Pork

We also offer all-natural pork. Our pigs are from old line Yorkshire, Landrace and Duroc breeds which were developed for their meat quality and flavor. This gives the meat a moistness and flavor lacking in supermarket pork. Any excess fat is removed at processing to present a lean product. Our pigs enjoy grazing in the pastures and soaking in the sun. We do not feed any antibiotics, growth promotants and we use only natural de-wormers. They are not fed any garbage, table scraps but have a diet of grass and grain. We also make our own feed to insure its' integrity. We sell halves and whole hogs processed to your specifications, shipped UPS to your door. All pigs are processed at a local USDA-inspected processing plant. You can choose what you want in package sizes and cuts of meat. We offer a 'standard' package which is half a hog and averages about 70 lbs of meat.
