Three practice groups
Our firm is divided into three, cross-functional groups:
Business group: Involves transactions between parties, as well as individual regulatory, planning, and preventative measures. This includes the formation of corporations, LLCs, and other business entities, negotiation and preparation of contracts, and representation before governmental agencies.
Litigation group: In addition to effectively handling disputes that arise between parties, we provide guidance to clients on methods for avoiding litigation entirely. This includes advice on using negotiation, mediation, and other out-of-court methods to resolve business and individual disputes.
Estate planning and administration group: Preparation of individual and business succession plans and administration of the assets of deceased or incapacitated individuals. This may include the drafting of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care directives, and representation in court where appropriate.
The cross-functionality of these three groups enables us to share relevant information and expertise across the entire firm in an efficient manner that benefits our clients.
