Clancy attributes his entrepreneurial spirit to both parents, key players who instilled strong work ethics and values that clients experience today when working with Clancy.

Since 1993 people across the Ozarks have trusted the Law Firm of R. Clancy Parks, Attorney at Law with their estate planning. Today Clancy splits his time between his office in Branson and his principal office in Springfield, Missouri.

Section 1031 of the IRS code provides taxpayers a "safe harbor" to defer capital gains tax liability on the sale of qualifying real estate. Properly structured, a 1031 Exchange enables taxpayers to stay in control of their property and financial affairs. Whether consolidating, diversifying, or implementing tax strategies, a 1031 Exchange is a valuable tool available to the real estate owner.
